Thursday night runs are still going strong, despite the cold weather! We meet at 6pm every Thursday at Fleet Feet of Morristown. Tonight's run is sponsored by Currex insoles and there will be free chocolates for all the runners after the run!

Join us at the Morristown High School track tomorrow at 6:40 am for a fun and challenging track workout! Tomorrow's workout is: Warm up 3000m tempo run, starting at half marathon pace and working down to 10k pace 400 jog recovery 6x300 at 5k pace with 100m jog recovery Cool down

We will switch over to the summer routes on Thursday, March 13!
