If you're interested in a track workout tomorrow (Wednesday) we will be at the MHS track at 6:30 am.

Here's the workout:

2 mile warm up

1.5 miles at half marathon pace

4x600m at 10k pace with 200m recovery

1.5 miles at half marathon pace

Cool down
