Get the highest price for your home

In this market, homes are selling quickly and often over asking price. As long as it's priced reasonably, your house will most likely sell. To get the BEST price possible, here are a few pointers:

Improve curb appeal! If your home is already in good shape, this could be as simple as planting a few shrubs and cleaning up the yard. Depending on your situation and budget, it could also help to do some painting. Pro tip - Make sure your front door is in top notch shape - that's one of the first things buyers see!

Update your kitchen! If you have the budget for it, do some updating in the kitchen. That's the area most buyers really focus on.

Clean and declutter! Less is more. Even if you have to rent a storage unit, it will definitely pay off. I would also recommend hiring a professional cleaning company before you begin showings.
