Join us at the Morristown High School track tomorrow at 6:40 am for a fun and challenging track workout!
Tomorrow's workout is:
Warm up
3000m tempo run, starting at half marathon pace and working down to 10k pace
400 jog recovery
6x300 at 5k pace with 100m jog recovery Cool down
